Access to Information
NAIF makes a range of information available to the public. You can access much of this information directly through our website or by contacting us. You can also request access to documents we hold under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act).
This page explains the different ways you can access information held by NAIF and how to make a formal FOI request if required.
Freedom of Information
The Freedom of Information Act 1982 gives any person a legally enforceable right to request access to documents held by Australian Government agencies, subject to exemptions under the Act.
NAIF's Freedom of Information page explains how to make an FOI request, what information your request must contain, processing arrangements, charges and your review rights.
FOI Disclosure Log
NAIF publishes details of information released in response to Freedom of Information requests where publication is required under the FOI Act.
The Disclosure Log provides details of previous FOI requests and the information released.
