Cairns Seniors Community Housing Project Case Study
The Cairns Seniors Community Housing Project is one of Queensland’s largest social and affordable housing developments and aims to address the growing housing shortfall in Cairns.

Supported by up to $140 million in NAIF finance, the project will deliver 490 new dwellings on the site of an old drive-in cinema. Read the project case study to explore our role in addressing the project’s financing gap, the collaborative partnerships behind its delivery, and how innovative modular construction is helping provide resilient, affordable homes for Cairns’ seniors.
