Purpose
Find balance that truly works for you
We support a healthy work–life balance through flexible working arrangements, including hybrid work between home and the office, and adjustable hours, so you can shape your day in a way that works for you.
Employees can also purchase additional annual leave each year and enjoy an extra day off at Christmas. Our generous leave provisions further support life’s important moments, offering 18 weeks of paid Parental Leave with no distinction between primary and secondary carers, up to two years of total parental leave, ceremonial leave for First Nations employees, leave to observe religious holidays, and time off for major life events such as moving house.

Progress your career
We’re committed to helping you grow your career from day one, with supportive recruitment and onboarding processes designed to set you up for success.
Our learning and development offerings provide ongoing opportunities to advance your skills, including Study Assistance, Study Leave, LinkedIn Learning, Lunch and Learn sessions, and support for professional memberships.
We also encourage continuous growth through access to conferences, workshops, seminars and short courses, ensuring you have every opportunity to develop, thrive and progress in your career.
Be your best self - at work and at home
Our Health and Wellbeing Benefits are designed to support your whole self—physically, mentally and emotionally.
Through our comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP), you and your family can access confidential counselling and personalised coaching for life’s challenges, including nutritional guidance, legal advice and specialised wellbeing support for First Nations peoples and the LGBTIQA+ community. We also offer exclusive access to discounts on fitness memberships to help you stay active, alongside practical health initiatives such as annual flu vaccinations, helping you stay healthy, supported and at your best throughout the year.

Make your money go further
Our financial perks are designed to help you make the most of your money, every day. Enjoy access to everyday savings at leading brands, flexible novated car leasing options, and financial wellbeing coaching.
We also support smarter long‑term planning with superannuation salary sacrificing, giving you more ways to build financial confidence and achieve your goals.
Thrive in an inclusive community
We’re committed to fostering a genuinely inclusive workplace where people of all backgrounds feel supported, respected and empowered.
We offer flexible, culturally informed leave options such as ceremonial leave for First Nations employees, leave for religious and cultural observances, and generous parental leave—18 weeks paid with no distinction between carers, plus up to two years total leave.
Our Employee Assistance Program provides confidential wellbeing support for employees and families, including culturally aware counselling, wellbeing coaching, legal guidance, and dedicated services for First Nations peoples and the LGBTIQA+ community.

Be part of something bigger
We are a close‑knit organisation united by a shared purpose: delivering infrastructure that makes a real difference across northern Australia.
Our work is meaningful and outcome‑focused, connecting us as a team through collaboration, shared priorities and a commitment to communities. This purpose‑driven culture was recognised in 2026 with the Great Place to Work certification, reflecting our focus on a workplace where everyone can thrive.
